Call or email us an enquiry. Provide with your name, contact number, company. Include your event date, delivery and collection time. Include rental duration, quantity and desired product code or service. We will respond with a quotation.

We solely provide short term rental services. However, we do provide long term and/or project based furniture rental subject to your requirement.

Our Customer Service and Account Department will reply within the next 48 working hours, as soon as you send in your enquiries, subject to staff availability.

Yes you may, delivery charges will apply subject to the quantity of order.

Yes. Self-collection can be done at our head office at Mandai Connection #04-31. Upon arriving, please alert our reception and we will assist you. For more information and price visit our Delivery and Shipping page.

We recommend as early as possible so that our staff can keep track of your enquiry, plan our calendar and make sure stock is available. Our recommendation as below:

Large-scale events of more than 500 Pax: 4 to 6 months in advance Mid-scale events 250 – 500 Pax: 3 months in advance Small events 100 – 250 Pax: 2 month in advance Lesser than 100 Pax: 1 month in advance

As much as possible, The Events Store will try to accommodate last minute rental order. However, subject to manpower, product and transport availability. For more details on last minute orders and cancellation, please read our Terms and Conditions.

We provide both new and used furniture, minor wear and tears are expected.

The Events Store maintains the furniture on a regular basis to maintain the furniture’s quality. Should you have a special request due to the nature of your event, please contact us. 

We accept cash payment, bank transfer and PayNow (Singapore). We do not accept credit card payment.
